Processing Time
After receiving your order, we conduct strict quality control and inspection. The processing time varies with the complexity, design and size of a particular product. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 5 of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, weekend holidays, national holidays, etc. If your order includes quite popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, it may take 7 of business days for the order to be processed and shipped. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
Delivery Time
Referring to the time it takes for items to be delivered from our warehouse center to their destination. We provide a standard delivery service for all orders.
We open online sales in most countries around the world, so that the products can be delivered faster In your hands.

Note: Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.
Due to factors such as war, remoteness, and high taxes, we are temporarily unable to deliver to certain countries and regions:
1. Restricted Shipping Destinations
a) Island Territories - Deliveries are not available to island territories.
b) South Africa - Shipping to South African islands or addresses containing terms like "box," "posbus," "plot," "plaas," "farm," "private bag," or "privaat sak" is unavailable.
c) General Restrictions - We cannot ship to post office boxes, military addresses, or APO/FPO addresses in any country.
2. Temporarily Suspended Shipping
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver to the following countries: - India - Belarus (Please note: the shipping fee may be approximately $35) - Israel - Gibraltar
3. Additional Considerations
For destinations not listed above, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we will notify you to confirm costs or request further details about your address.
Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and ENIAC Technology cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.
About Tax
We do not be held responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if need be). These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Notify email
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email for you to confirm the order details. After your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
The shipping time frame is an estimate of when the item will be prepared for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship when they become available.
- If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to be shipped on the next business day. Delivery will vary based on your destination.
- If your item is not currently in stock, we will estimate your items shipping date before you place your order. We do not bill you until your order is ready to ship.
- If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments.
- Depending on shipment and delivery conditions, your order may ship when all items are ready to ship.
- Heavy and large items, which require pallets, may require additional time. These items will often be shipped with a tailgate. These items may require additional handling charges. With larger items, it is often useful to have two people to receive your product.

Undeliverable Packages
If you miss your delivery, the following will happen:
- You will receive an email telling you when and where you can pick up the goods. For some items, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment or confirm order pickup.
- Your order will either go to a nearby post office location or a carrier depot.When you pick up your order, make sure you reference your order number and have a valid photo I.D.
- When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the customer is required to contact ENIAC Technology’s sales at contact@eniacelec.com to make other arrangements to avoid additional shipping charges.
- If making a purchase for someone as a gift, it may be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which lead to a refusal of the package. Please note larger items will require a signature. If a signature cannot be captured, the item will be deemed undeliverable.
Damaged Packaging Due to Shipping
Please inspect the packaging and the physical product carefully before signing for the delivery.
If the product is visibly damaged upon arrival, please reject the delivery and contact our sales team at contact@eniacelec.com immediately to arrange a replacement or resolution.
If the shipment is signed for and accepted, ENIAC Technology is not responsible for any damage reported afterward.
ENIAC Technology is also not responsible for any lost packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered or handed over to the carrier. All risk transfers to the customer once the package leaves our facility.
We highly recommend tracking your shipment closely and ensuring someone is available to inspect and receive the order at the time of delivery.
